    The objective for these sessions is to work with clients to move their desired goal setting pathways from the abstract into individualized, structured action plans by developing their executive function skill set.

    It can be hard to find the time and space to reflect. That’s why these one-on-one cognitive life coaching conversations are grounded in active listening and asking purposeful questions to understand. Together, these conversations seek to engage with your past experiences, events, and circumstances where you have enlisted personal resourcefulness, to build forward capacity and see a potential new direction.

  • Outdoor Companion Guided Reflections

    Sometimes, an office environment can confine one’s ability to just relax and think of new possibilities. Often, a simple guided walk outside can open space up for conversations about changing your outlook and perspective.
